Clinic Host Enquiries
If you are interested in hosting a Hoof Building Clinic in your area, please read the following information and fill out the form below. The basic requirements for hosting a clinic include:
An enclosed & undercover area able to have up to 3 horses and 46 people in there at a time. Indoor arenas or large covered round yards are ideal. We are happy to pay a venue fee if needed.
Room for clinic horses to stay overnight at the venue. This can be in stables, yards (permanent or tape), or paddocks/pastures/fields.
The host will be responsible for transporting David to and from the nearest major airport, and getting him set up with groceries and meals for the duration of his stay. The host participates in the clinic free of charge, and receives a credit for fuel & groceries. We pay for all flights, venue costs and anything else required.
David will stay with the host if there is accommodation available, or we can book him somewhere nearby if needed.
No previous experience in hosting clinics is required, but we do need you to be enthusiastic, well organised & reliable.
Please Note: We generally receive over 100 clinic host enquiries each year, but we can only do around 20-25 clinics. If your location could be a good fit, we will get in touch via email with further information after enquiries have closed. Due to the number of submissions, we are unable to respond to everyone.
